Can you choose the images and design an album for us? More and more couples are asking Gary and Sue to use their skills and design the complete album for them. This will be done with pleasure, but you will still be given a proof design to make sure that you approve of all the images used. They would hate to use an image that you didn't totally love.Being fully digital Gary and Sue assess every picture that they take and automatically do any re-touching that they feel necessary.

My portraits were bent in shipping, how do I get them reprinted? Put the damaged portraits back in the mailer and place a note inside stating that they were damaged in shipping.
